Qualifications:
- Minimum education: Associate’s Degree (D3).
- Experience in Technical Sales or Consultative Sales (Paint Industry).
- Possess a valid A/C driver’s license.
- At least 1 year of experience in the Wood, Industrial, Automotive Paint Industry, or related fields.
- High integrity and ability to achieve sales targets.
- Placement: Factory, Banten.
- Ability to prepare reports.
- Capable of explaining the technical aspects of products to customers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work in the field and interact directly with customers.
Responsibilities:
- Provide education and product recommendations based on customer needs.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations.
- Offer technical guidance to customers before and after sales.
- Coordinate with R&D and production teams to ensure products meet market demands.
- Conduct field product trials and ensure product performance meets standards.
