Qualifications:
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (or equivalent), Associate’s/Bachelor’s Degree (D3/S1) is a plus.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, especially in the Paint Industry for Wood / Industrial / Automotive / Metal.
- Extensive network in related industries (automotive, wood, metal, etc.).
- High integrity and ability to achieve sales targets.
- Willing to travel for business trips outside the city.
- Placement in JABODETABEK (HQ → North Jakarta).
- Ability to sell coating products for wood, industrial, automotive, etc.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Capable of preparing sales reports.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer needs and provide the right product solutions.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers and distributors.
- Conduct price negotiations and establish contracts.
- Achieve targeted and well-planned sales.
- Conduct follow-ups with potential customers and develop new market opportunities.
