Qualifications:
- Minimum education: Associate’s (D3) / Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in paint product development or Quality Control.
- Strong understanding of paint formulations, raw materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to conduct laboratory analysis and product testing.
- Creative and innovative in developing new products.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficient in MS Office / System applications.
- Placement: Factory, Sepatan Timur, Tangerang.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and development of new paint products in line with market trends.
- Test product performance and ensure quality meets standards.
- Coordinate with the production team for new product implementation.
- Analyze raw materials and make formulation improvements when necessary.
- Prepare research and product testing reports.
