Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) / Associate’s Degree (D3) / Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in production/manufacturing administration is preferred.
Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
Detail-oriented, able to work under deadlines, and has strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Assist in recording raw materials and production output.
Manage production schedules and ensure process consistency.
Coordinate with production and warehouse teams regarding raw material stock.
Prepare production reports and operational efficiency analysis.
Maintain organized and accessible production documentation.
