Qualifications:
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) / Associate’s Degree (D3) / Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in production/manufacturing administration is preferred.
- Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Detail-oriented, able to work under deadlines, and has strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in recording raw materials and production output.
- Manage production schedules and ensure process consistency.
- Coordinate with production and warehouse teams regarding raw material stock.
- Prepare production reports and operational efficiency analysis.
- Maintain organized and accessible production documentation.
