Paint Production Team

Qualifications:

• Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) / Associate’s Degree (D3).
• Work experience in a paint factory or manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Ability to work in a team and understand work safety procedures.
• Willing to work under pressure.
• Strong teamwork skills.

Responsibilities:

• Operate production machines according to SOPs.
• Ensure raw materials and formulas are used according to standards.
• Monitor the production process to ensure product quality.
• Record production results and report them to supervisors.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the workplace.
